Use the form below to register your students for the SDMEA Elementary Festival Choir. Please make sure you have all necessary information and register all of your students at the same time on this form. Do not submit multiple entries. If you need to submit another entry after you have submitted the first one, please contact Gretchen (gretchen.burbach@k12.sd.us) first or Kim (kim.gaul@k12.sd.us) first.

After you select your choice for location, you will be asked for a second choice location. This information will be utilized to balance choir numbers or if one location reaches capacity and is unable to take more students. (This does not apply to Sturgis or Mobridge since those locations are much farther away than the rest.)
